|BISA Diversity Committee|
At the 2015 BISA Annual Convention, BISA announced the launch of the BISA Diversity Committee. Recognizing changes in the financial services industry related to workforce demographics, BISA formed the committee to gather industry leaders in an effort to cultivate conversations around diversity. The Diversity Committee will focus its efforts in areas such as: analyzing industry demographics, recruiting a diverse workforce, advocating best practices in diversity, and uncovering emerging diversity trends.
The BISA Diversity Committee supports member firms to drive business results by attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent through awareness, education and community engagement.
