|BISA Career Achievement Award|
The BISA Career Achievement Award recognizes an individual’s personal achievement within their institution. Eligible candidates will have achieved 20 years in the financial services industry and reached a significant milestone, including promotion, anniversary or upcoming retirement. Additionally, they must currently be employed by a BISA member organization.
BISA member organizations can nominate two (2) employees per year. Those nominating must be an employee of the same company as the nominee and have the endorsement of the company CEO or highest ranking officer in the banking channel.Please use this handout to share information about the BISA Career Achievement Award with executive colleagues in your organizations.
Nominations will be reviewed quarterly and individuals will be contacted based on the following schedule:
Recipients will be acknowledged in the second quarter BISA Magazine and at the BISA Annual Convention following the year they win. Additionally, employers will be provided with a BISA certificate to recognize the individual at a company recognition event. Employers have the option of purchasing a BISA frame for their recipient.
