Hotel Reservations:
Hotel Reservations Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Be sure to ask for the special conference rate.

Dress Code:
Business casual attire is appropriate for all meetings, meals and receptions.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made up to one week prior to the conference with full refund. Any cancellations made less than one week prior to the meeting are subject to a $100 service charge. Registrations canceled after the program has begun are non-refundable. Substitutions can be made at any time.
