Administrative Committees

The BISA has three administrative committees. Members who wish to participate more actively in the ongoing operations of the Association are encouraged to join one of the committees.

The Membership Committee is focused on two areas:

• Developing additional BISA institutional members and
• Encouraging participation in the BISA activities by a broader range of individuals within member firms.

The activities of this committee are most important to expanding the breadth and value of the BISA network for all members.

The Programming Committee helps to assure the quality, value and relevance of BISA programs. This committee helps to set the broad agenda for conferences and workshops, define specific topics, and recruit speakers or presenters who are expert in their field. This committee works with input from the umbrella committees as to needs that have identified as most important by members.

The Communications Committee provides suggestions and direction for BISA's communication initiatives including: Bank Insurance & Securities Marketing Quarterly Magazine, "Editor's Picks" — Weekly Newsletter , BISM Online, our web site (www.bisanet.org), and other communications. The committee provides input as to topical issues, sources of information, and formats.
