Associate Basic Membership

Your BISA dues support a wide range of program and activities that directly benefit the Bank Insurance and Securities industry and expand business opportunities for all its participants.

Associate Membership includes significant direct benefits for channel partners who provide products and/or services to financial institutions and their securities and investment affiliates. Associate Members receive discounts on conference registrations at all BISA programs.

Associate Leadership Membership

The Associate Leadership Member category was established to provide the structure to involve, recognize and reward those organizations that make this higher level of commitment to the Association and the industry. It assures that Leadership Members’ support is optimally leveraged and that Leadership organizations receive appropriate direct and indirect "voice and value" for their commitment.

The annual Leadership Member dues are $25,000. This includes all of the benefits outlined below as well as basic member benefits:

Association Direction and Planning
The Leadership Members work closely with the Board and staff to advance the BISA and through it the success of the Bank Channel and all of its participants.

• The Leadership Member Council meets with the BISA Board at the spring Annual Convention and fall Community & Regional Bank Forum. Leadership members work closely with the BISA executive staff on an ongoing basis. This group (and/or sub sets of it) helps to drive the planning, programming, and initiatives for the Association.
• Active participation of individuals from your firm in the BISA committees provide another vehicle for Leadership Members to help define and prioritize key issues and help direct the BISA services and activities.
• Leadership Members are encouraged to work with the BISA executive staff to help develop and source appropriate programming for BISA functions.

Major Conferences
Leadership Members automatically receive Underwriter status at each of the three major BISA Conferences at no additional charge. (The cost is $12,500 per conference for non-Leadership firms.)

BISA conferences provide opportunities to network with the associations expanding number of bank securities and insurance industry executives. With the merger of the two predecessor Associations, the BISA provides the largest forums for bank investment and insurance program executives.

Leadership Members are entitled all of the benefits of the highest conference support level, the "Underwriter Package," for all major BISA conferences - the spring Annual Convention, the fall Community & Regional Banking Forum and the Technology & Operations Conference. The Underwriter Package includes:

• Your company logo and recognition of your support in convention brochures, ads and promotions. This accounts for over 25,000 impressions per conference via promotional mailings and over 75,000 impressions per conference via promotional space ads,
• On-Site recognition including signage (with your logo), recognition from the podium, and special recognition on each of your firm’s participant name badges,
• Your companies marketing materials distributed with the Registration Kits provided to all participants,
• If you choose to do so, Leadership Members may arrange for the conference hotel to do a room drop of materials to conference participants.
• Advanced attendee list provided.
• A full page ad as well as company description and contact information included in the Program Guide,
• Three complimentary registrations for members of your company,
• Eight complimentary registrations for bank clients and prospects for each conference,
• BISA provides telemarketing support of your own staff’s effort to invite top clients and prospects on a complimentary basis. (List and contact information must be submitted two months in advance.),
• Reserved exhibit space in premium location at the conference.

Workshops & Symposiums
Only Leadership Members are currently afforded promotional consideration at these specialized forums.

BISA workshops and symposiums provide opportunities to specific groups of bank insurance and securities industry executives to meet, network, and learn. During the course of the year there are four Sales Manager Workshops held regionally, a Legislative, Regulatory and Compliance Workshop held in Washington, DC., a Community and Regional Banking Forum, and the Annual Convention. New to BISA are the Technology & Operations Conference and P&C Sales Management Workshop.

These forums are NOT open to general exhibitors. However, Leadership Members are afforded special considerations.

• "Leadership Thank You" in all Sales Management Workshop books,
• "Leadership Thank You" in the Legislative, Regulatory and Compliance Symposium program materials,
• Literature distribution and table top exhibit space at the Legislative Regulatory & Compliance Symposium should a Leadership Member request it,
• A limited number of complimentary registrations at the Legislative Regulatory & Compliance Symposium and discounts for clients at Sales Management Workshops.
