A candidate may have made contributions in a variety of ways including, but not limited to:
     • superior business growth or productivity increases
     • superior integration within an institution or of acquired companies
     • superior client and customer service
     • innovations that clearly differentiate the candidate's institution

A candidate may be:
     • a head of a financial institution
     • a head of an investment or insurance related program with a financial institution
     • a key executive on a team in an investment or insurance related program who has been a catalyst for the success of the program
