BISA has three annual awards it presents to qualified nominees during its annual conference each year: 

BISA’s Circle of Excellence recognizes individuals for their commitment to the insurance and securities industry. Candidates must be senior-level executives in their institution, possess 20 cumulative years of experience in the financial services industry and have made lasting and meaningful contributions to the association. To learn more about this award, please click here.

The BISA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award will annually recognize the successful diversity efforts of organizations from the financial industry.  The award will be presented by BISA to recognize member firms that demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation and results in diversity management. The award will also help promote the sharing of effective diversity strategies and tactics that create an impact within the industry.
