Program Description

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee created the subcommittee, Black Voices Unmuted to generate insights that lead to actionable solutions to increase the number of BIPOC financial advisors and improve their opportunities for success. The goal of Black Voices Unmuted is to demonstrate an active commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within the financial services industry and is willing to commit to measurable and positive change. 

Black Voices Unmuted Objectives 

• Continue to encourage thoughtful conversations to provide support for Black, Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) within the BISA community.
• Provide impactful content spotlighting BISA members through awareness, education, and training support.
• Create a community for networking opportunities to increase the number of Black and diverse advisors in the financial services industry.
