Tucker Carlson,Today’s Political Landscape and What is Ahead in the 2016 Race for the White House, sponsored by W.P.Carey

In this penetrating look at today's political climate, Tucker Carlson takes audiences behind closed doors, offering a candid, up-to-the-moment look at events as they unfold. From a look at the Republican Congress and the agenda ahead for the Obama Administration to his thoughts on the future of the Tea Party and the 2016 elections, you can always count on Tucker for a witty, informative and frank take on all things political.

Tucker Carlson is a veteran journalist and political commentator. He is the co-host of Fox and Friends Weekend and the editor-in-chief of, one of the largest and fastest growing news sites in the country. Carlson joined Fox from MSNBC, where he hosted several nightly programs. Previously he was the co-host of Crossfire on CNN, where he was the youngest anchor in the history of that network. During the same period, Carlson also hosted a weekly public affairs program on PBS.

Ross Bernstein, The Champion's Code:  Life Lessons of Ethics and Accountability from the Sports World to the Business World

The best-selling author of nearly 50 sports books, Ross Bernstein is an award-winning peak performance business speaker who's keynoted conferences for Fortune 50 companies on four continents and has been featured on CNN, ESPN, Fox News, and “CBS This Morning,” as well as in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. Ross' program is based on a series of books he wrote in which he was able to interview more than a thousand professional athletes and coaches that all had one thing in common — they were all members of championship teams. In his research he concluded that the same metrics and characteristics that were common among champions in sports, were also common in peak performers in business. As he learned, champions have a very unique DNA — and his goal in this keynote session is to get audience members thinking about their own DNA — and about the DIFFERENTIATORS they possess which would ultimately lead customers to CHOOSE to do business with them. Inspired by the "Good to Great" ideology of how the best companies are able to separate themselves from the rest of the pack through dynamic leadership, by creating a culture of excellence, by developing deeper relationships, and by giving extraordinary customer service — Ross’ program reinforces the concept that individuals win games… but TEAMS win championships. At the core of his message is the simple fact that we like to do business with people who we trust, who we like, and who just “get it” — CHAMPIONS

David Macchia, Serving "Constrained" Investors: The Magic for Broadening and Deepening Wallet Share

David Macchia will address the immense business opportunity in serving “constrained” investors. “Constrained” investors are your customers who enter retirement with just enough or maybe not quite enough money to generate the monthly retirement income they need. In general, these are individuals who lack a meaningful understanding of how their savings relates to generating durable retirement income. They have no plan, no map or GPS, to guide them toward retirement security. They need one. The financial services industry does a poor job of serving “constrained” investors. The reason is that in the “constrained” investor market, no single “silo,” be it asset management or insurance, is a complete answer for creating retirement security. Rather, these investors need an income strategy that elegantly combines both silos, and they need that strategy framed in such a way that it is understandable and confidence-building. Get that right and banks can achieve what is the “holy grail” business objective in retirement income: asset consolidation on a mass scale.

David Macchia is Founder & CEO of Wealth2k, Inc. An entrepreneur who has been working on the retirement income business opportunity since 2004. David’s expertise encompasses both academic theory and practical solutions. He is a founding member of the non-profit Retirement Income Industry Association (RIIA). David currently serves as LIMRA’s Senior Consultant for Retirement Income. David earned an MBA, with Honors, at Boston University Graduate School of Management. He holds the Retirement Management Analyst professional designation.
